The Collective

As director of development for Digital Cinema Collective, Rayya Deeb works with producers and creatives to develop original multiplatform concepts and branded content. She draws on her background as a screenwriter and novelist to shape ideas from their earliest stages into compelling projects.

Rayya began her career in television production, working with HBO, Comedy Central, and PBS, before spending three years in feature development at Fred Roos Productions. As a screenwriter, she collaborated on projects for Disney, Lionsgate, Escape Artists, and Golden Globe–winning filmmaker Hany Abu-Assad.

She is also the author of the Seneca trilogy, which began with Seneca Rebel in 2016 and concluded with Seneca Evolution in 2025. The final installment earned a Kirkus “Get It” recommendation. Rayya also partnered with Emmy-winning experience designers to create an immersive story world as a companion to the series.
